HEY MAMA, I'm Ava!

As a wife, and mom of two wild boys, entrepreneur, certified personal trainer and nutritionist - I feel you when you say "There's not enough hours in my day." That's why I've created a simplified formula specifically designed for our life as moms that can easily fit into your hectic schedule, take out all the guesswork with what to do, finally see the changes and weight loss results you desire AND have the accountability to stay committed.

Before becoming a mom I used to spend hours a day in the gym, eat like a bird, restrict foods and endless cardio to "burn as much calories as possible". I even continued this after my first postpartum journey and realized quickly how unsustainable this way was in motherhood. I no longer had time to spend hours a day (or want to for that matter) and I definitely didn't want to give up ice cream dates with my little one because it "didn't fit my meal plan". I decided to create a BETTER WAY. This was when Fit Mom Formula was created. My 30-minute strength x HIIT workout program and simple customized nutrition to optimize fat loss results WITHOUT spending hours a day or restricting foods!

I am now in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE after two babies then I ever was pre-babies because of my simplified framework & I'm here to help create the same results for you!
